This ‘hand tied’ method of extensions is by far the most manageable, and natural looking way of integrating extensions into your hair routine. You can utilize the hair for both VOLUME and LENGTH, or a combination of both.
BONUS: the wefts can be made into CLIP INS so you can have incredible quality clip in extensions to use as you please at home. (They can always be made back into hand tied.)

Transformation Connections method
This method is great for growing out shorter haircuts, filling in any sparse areas or helping to hide hair loss or alopecia. By attaching individual strands of hair in sections by a specific pattern, allows for so much versatility.
BONUS: these come in super fun colors as well so if you wanted a few streaks of pink or blue, you don’t have to color your hair to do so! Just pop a few connections in and you’ve got a super fun look!
